Please come prepared with a mask at every service, as some clients prefer that you wear one.
- You are not required to wear a mask if you are completing domestic services in another room away from the client.
- Some providers may introduce temporary mask requirements during high-infection or outbreak periods.
Always refer to emails and communication from the office for the most up-to-date mask guidelines.
If a client requests you to wear a mask, please do so (unless you have provided an exemption certificate).
